My favorite toys so far for great indie sci-fi fun are Canon 7D and Trapcode Particular.


7D:

Just shot some of my movie on Canon 7D. It totally lives up to all the hype. Purchased it and rented killer lenses for less than renting Varicam... and far better quality.

PARTICULAR:

Trapcode particular is giving me great energy effects right from AfterEffects without having to get a big 3D package.

Heavy use of Trapcode plugins in my trailer.
