We are pleased to announce a brand new, pop-up commentary version of Star Trek: Of Gods and Men!

This special version of the movie features 330 pop-up comments (yes, 89 minutes of screen time with 330 pop-ups is an average of 3.7 pop-ups per minute! Don't take your eyes off the screen!)

Compiled and written (by me) from my recollections on the set and from the recollections of members of the cast (including Tim Russ and Alan Ruck) and crew (producers, writers, and make-up and efx crew), these nuggets include everything! Fascinating behind the scenes facts... Exclusive production trivia... Producers' notes about scheduling disappointments... Insights into the creative process... It answers questions fans have repeatedly asked... and some questions nobody thought to ask...

It also includes interviews with Director Tim Russ and actors Alan Ruck, Gary Graham and JG Hertzler, plus a brand new, never-before-seen music video shot on location on the OGaM sets!

How do you get one, you ask? It's simple! This special edition DVD is being offered as a gift with the purchase of a new product from Renegade Studios -- a limited edition cast photo from Star Trek: Of Gods and Men. The photo is a beautiful memory of bringing together actors from the Star Trek movies and all of the TV series to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Star Trek universe.

Is the DVD strictly pop-ups, or can they be turned off? I would like to watch it without the pop-ups on my TV screen first.

I believe this dvd version of film is hardcoded with the pop-ups, I will have to double check to see if they have both version on one DVD.

Yes, The pop-up version is just the pop-up version. The pop-ups are hard coded with the film. In a future version it may all be combined on one dvd but for now it is seperate.

This was meant to be an addition to the original movie/DVD - something to watch after you see the original...
